Possible causes
- For Propane, Inadequate Ignition Procedure
- For natural gas, a supply line that is too small
- For both gases, incorrect preheating
- Gas leaks
Solution: Ensure that the ignition procedure is followed carefully. All gas valves in the barbecue must be turned off when the tank valve is open. Slowly start the tank to equalize the pressure. See lighting instructions. Disconnect and reconnect the regulator to the tank to reset the controller if a small flame or a mild fire has occurred. The pipe must have a size corresponding to the installation code. Preheat the grill with the main burners in the high position for 10 to 15 minutes.
